Why we expire sessions quickly

Short by design. Quikbooks runs in many shared terminals — bookkeepers, accountants, and tax agents share machines. Short sessions are the easiest defence against tab-leakage. Clients should treat session_expired 401s as 'refresh your session', not 'we don't know who you are'.
